If so, this could be the perfect opportunity to launch your career in an exciting, dynamic team. The department is busy and growing, creating excellent opportunities for junior lawyers to thrive.

The Firm:

Join a highly respected law firm known for its exceptional strength across the real estate, corporate, and private wealth sectors. As part of their thriving Tax team, which sits within the Corporate & Commercial department, you will have the opportunity to work closely with lawyers from across the firm on a broad range of interesting, often real estate-focused, tax matters.

You will work alongside two experienced Partners and a Senior Associate in a close-knit, collaborative team that prides itself on excellence, client service, and providing practical, commercial advice.

The Role:

This is an outstanding opportunity for a Corporate Tax Solicitor at the NQ–2 PQE level to join the firm’s leading team in London. You will focus on a wide variety of corporate tax work, often with a real estate or private wealth angle, supporting clients including corporates, developers, investors, and high-net-worth individuals.

Your duties will include:

  • Advising on corporate tax matters relating to property transactions, corporate restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, and investment structures.
  • Drafting and negotiating tax-related documents and supporting wider corporate and real estate transactions.
  • Working closely with Partners and senior lawyers to deliver strategic, tailored tax advice to a wide range of clients.
  • Developing and maintaining strong client relationships, while contributing to the team’s business development initiatives.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • A qualified solicitor with 0–2 years PQE (or a September 2025 qualifier) with a strong background in Corporate Tax law.
  • Must have completed a Tax seat during their training contract.
  • Trained at a top 50 law firm with exposure to high-quality tax work.
  • Excellent technical skills, with the ability to deliver clear, practical advice to clients.
  • A strong communicator with excellent client relationship skills.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach, with a genuine interest in tax and client service.
  • Competitive salary and excellent benefits package.
  • Early responsibility and clear progression opportunities within a supportive, highly regarded team.
  • Agile working policy (2–3 days per week in the office, following an initial induction period).
  • A collaborative and inclusive culture with direct access to Partners and senior lawyers.
  • Ongoing professional development with exposure to top-tier clients and high-profile transactions.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior Corporate Tax Solicitor to join a leading team in London and build a long-term, successful career in a supportive, forward-thinking environment. If you meet the criteria and are looking for your next exciting challenge, apply now for immediate consideration.
