Corporate Tax Senior Manager - Southampton

Location: Southampton

Type: Permanent

Salary: Up to £100,000 plus car allowance + bonus

Pro-Tax is working with an international top firm to recruit a Corporate Tax Associate Director for their Southampton office, with the goal of gaining Partner status. Known for their strong brand in corporate tax services in the UK, they seek a client-facing adviser and networker for Hampshire to maintain and grow their reputation.

The successful candidate will be a key part of a high-performing team in Southampton and a recognized figure across other Southern offices. Responsibilities include managing a portfolio of well-known UK brands, mid-tier, and entrepreneurial local businesses, advising on tax issues such as mergers and acquisitions, international tax, R&D Tax, cross-border transactions, and transfer pricing. You will support the Corporate Tax Manager in leading and motivating the team, setting targets, and conducting appraisals.
