Job summary

Jerroms Miller Specialist Tax in Solihull is seeking a Corporate Tax Senior Manager to lead advisory projects, mentor the team, and act as the trusted technical advisor for clients and colleagues.

You will work closely with directors on business development, deepen your expertise in corporate tax, and help grow Jerroms Miller’s advisory practice, while expanding your professional network and personal brand.

Qualifications

• CTA or equivalent qualification.
• Post-qualification experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Proficient IT skills including MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead advisory assignments such as restructurings, M&As, share schemes and VC schemes.
• Mentor and manage junior team members on large client projects.
• Act as primary technical queries contact for clients and other advisers.
• Collaborate with directors on business development and client growth.
• Build personal brand as a recognised tax expert and expand professional network.

Jerroms Miller Specialist Tax is seeking a Corporate Tax Senior Manager to join our growing Corporate Tax Advisory practice in Solihull. This role offers an exciting opportunity for professionals to deepen their expertise in corporate tax, lead on complex advisory projects, and work alongside experienced industry leaders. The Role

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

• Leading advisory assignments, such as company reconstructions, mergers and acquisitions, share scheme advice, and venture capital schemes.
• Managing and mentoring junior team members on large client projects and contributing to the development of technical knowledge across the wider team.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for technical queries from clients and other advisors.
• Collaborating closely with directors on business development activities, identifying opportunities to support existing clients and attract new business.
• Building your personal brand to become a recognised expert in your area of tax specialism.
• Expanding your professional network

• Proficient IT skills, including confidence using Microsoft Office.
