A respected East Midlands practice with a strong regional footprint and offices including Northampton is seeking a Corporate Tax Advisory Senior Manager to join its growing team. This is a standout opportunity for a tax professional ready to move beyond the routine and take on work that's varied, value-driven, and career-defining.
You'll lead on advisory projects while managing complex compliance - a rewarding mix of challenge, autonomy, and growth. Clients range from owner-managed businesses to corporate groups, and your advice will shape key decisions, deliver planning strategies, and support long-term success.

What you'll be doing:
Managing a diverse corporate portfolio with advisory and compliance focus
Leading tax planning across structuring, shareholder matters, CGT, and IHT
Overseeing compliance processes and ensuring accurate submissions
Building strong client relationships and identifying new opportunities
Mentoring junior team members
Liaising with HMRC and other key stakeholders
What you'll bring:
Strong technical grounding in UK tax
Proven ability to manage complex client matters and deliver advisory work
Commercially astute with leadership potential
Excellent communication and organisational skills

Up to £85,000 salary (DOE)
