Job description

Here at Pro Tax we are recruiting for a top firm in London. This is a mid-tier practice with an extensive international network.

You would be joining a fast-growing corporate tax team at an essential point in its development. There is plenty of scope to make an impact and contribute to the team's strategic direction and make a real progress in the corporate tax sector.

As a senior manager, you will provide tax advisory services to a client portfolio of high-value clients that consists predominantly of the firm's largest multinational clients. You will also take responsibility for the management of junior staff and support partners on projects and other initiatives.

The team deals with corporate restructuring, reorganisations and demergers, company and business acquisitions and disposals, EMI and cross-border tax issues and a range of other issues.

The partners fully support flexible and hybrid working. This is not a long-hours culture; you don't need to stay late to be noticed. Depending on your preference, you can do 1-3 days in the office.

The corporate tax team is predicted to grow by 25% over the next year and is one of the most successful teams in the business. Of course, you don't have to join a growth-driven team to progress, but it doesn't hurt. As indicated, the prospects are excellent.
