Butler Rose, public practice is delighted to be supporting our client, a high growth Top 20 firm with fantastic offices based in the heart of Central London that are keen to appoint a highly experienced and well qualified corporate tax senior manager to take up a pivotal role in the firm’s transactions tax department.

Role Requirements –

Demonstrating strong technical tax knowledge, you will have the ability to provide strategic commercial advice to clients on transactions, and also risk management.

In addition, you will play a key role in managing client relationships, assisting and where possible leading projects, and contributing to the growth of the firm’s Transactions Tax offering.

Person Requirements –

CTA, ACCA or ACA qualified with significant corporate tax experience working in the capacity of manager or senior manager for a prominent UK based Top 40 firm.

Possess a deep understanding of tax law and regulations, along with a strong track record in corporate M & A advisory and transactions.

Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey tax strategies and implications to clients and stakeholders.

Proficient in identifying and resolving tax-related issues and challenges during transactions.
