Corporate Tax Senior Associate, 5-8 PQE, London office

We’re working with a leading international law firm looking to hire an experienced tax lawyer into its Corporate Tax team in London. This is an opportunity to work on complex, high-value transactions that span corporate M&A, financing, capital markets and cross-border restructurings.

The team is recognised for its depth of expertise in both domestic and international tax matters, advising on the structuring of major corporate transactions, the tax implications of public and private M&A, joint ventures, and multi-jurisdictional reorganisations. They also have strong capabilities in finance-related tax, including structured finance, capital markets and securitisations, as well as fund and real estate structuring.

At this senior level, the team is looking for relevant experience but is also open to playing into the experience and interests of the individual, ensuring those strengths are incorporated into the group’s offering. You’ll join a collaborative environment that combines technical ability with a commercial approach, and also offering strong progression opportunity.

What we're looking for:

• 5 - 8PQE in UK corporate tax (or equivalent)
• Experience in M&A, financing or restructuring tax work
• Strong technical ability, client-facing skills, and commercial acumen

Salary:c.£200,000-£240,000 + bonus + benefits
