Oversee timely and accurate submission of corporate tax returns and computations. Spot and recommend tax-saving opportunities in line with current tax laws.
2. Technical Excellence: Quality check tax returns and computations completed by junior members, offering constructive feedback. Stay abreast of recent tax laws to provide up-to-the-minute advice. Address corporate tax-related queries and liaise with HMRC when required.
3. Advisory Prowess: Provide expert insights on matters like mergers, acquisitions, and capital allowances. Guide clients in comprehending the tax implications of varied business decisions. Assist clients during HMRC investigations, ensuring a smooth process.
4. Team Interaction: Collaborate cross-departmentally to provide comprehensive financial advice. Support the professional growth of junior staff. Contribute to in-house projects focused on improving efficiency or broadening services.

Requirements:

• Relevant qualifications such as ACCA, ACA, or CTA.
• Comprehensive knowledge of UK tax laws.
• Proficiency in tax software and MS Office.
