Roles and Responsibilities

• You will manage a portfolio of corporation tax clients and, alongside the Senior team, prepare and review tax computations from the start of the compliance process to final delivery and billing.
• Research and maintain up-to-date knowledge of legislation and business tax matters, including providing technical analysis on the tax treatment of items within tax computations and assessing the impact of new legislation on clients.
• Work with junior team members to delegate tasks efficiently, review their work, and foster their development.
• Opportunity to work on tax advisory projects such as R&D and Patent box claims, group reorganisations, and transactional work.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience

• Relevant professional qualification such as ACA or CTA (or equivalent), or on track to qualify by September 2025.
• Experience in corporate tax compliance is preferred, but we consider candidates trained in other disciplines seeking to transition into tax.
• Strong technical tax knowledge and experience.
• Experience managing client financials and adjusting compliance approaches based on budgets.
• Ability to deliver excellent client service and develop long-term relationships.
