Job Title: Corporate Tax Manager/Senior Manager
Location: Leeds City Centre
Hours: 35-hour work week with hybrid working
We are seeking an Corporate Tax candidate to join a top 20 firm in their Leeds office, where you will manage a diverse client portfolio, overseeing both corporate tax compliance and advisory services. This client-facing role offers exposure to UK and international clients, presenting challenging and rewarding opportunities.
•Salary up to £60,000 Manager and £75,000 Senior Manager, DOE
•Discretionary Bonus Scheme
•35-hour working week (Full Time)
•Hybrid working options (up to 3 days remote)
•25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays

•Compensation for overtime or time off in lieu
Key Responsibilities:
•Ensure successful delivery of tax compliance and advisory projects, collaborating with the accounts team for corporate and deferred tax disclosures.
•Conduct detailed technical research and address ad-hoc client queries.
•Identify and execute advisory opportunities within your client portfolio.
•Supervise, mentor, and review work of junior team members.
•Provide expert advice on complex tax matters such as capital allowances, R&D tax relief, transfer pricing, and more.
•Lead standalone tax advisory projects including acquisition structuring, transaction support, and due diligence.
Candidate Requirements:
•Qualified (e.g., ACA/ACCA/CTA) with several years' post-qualification experience in corporate ta.
•Strong UK tax technical proficiency
•Ability to analyze tax queries and provide robust solutions
•Proven project management skills, with a focus on planning, prioritization, and meeting deadlines
•Demonstrated responsibility for work delivery and quality
•Excellent communication and client relationship-building skills
•Collaborative team player with coaching and mentoring abilities
