Key responsibilities include leading UK and cross-border tax advisory projects, managing complex compliance work, and building strong client relationships while coaching junior staff.

Qualifications

• ACA/CTA (or equivalent) qualification.
• Extensive corporate tax and accounting experience across compliance and advisory.
• Strong technical knowledge of UK corporate tax and UK GAAP.
• Proven ability to manage a client portfolio and deliver high-quality service.
• Track record of developing business and building strong professional relationships.
• Proactive leader with excellent communication and coaching skills.

Responsabilités

• Leading UK and cross-border tax advisory projects.
• Overseeing compliance work for larger and more complex clients.
• Managing client relationships, handling queries, and providing proactive advice.
• Supporting and coaching junior team members, providing on-the-job training and feedback.
• Identifying opportunities to expand services to existing and potential clients.
• Playing an active role in business development and contributing to the wider growth of the tax team.
