A leading taxation firm in London is seeking a Manager specializing in Real Assets taxation. This role involves assisting clients with UK direct tax obligations, advising on legislative changes, and managing client relationships. The ideal candidate should have experience with fund structures, strong communication skills, and a desire to develop junior staff. This team have a market-leading reputation in London, across Europe, and globally. They are the largest in both process and technology capabilities, as well as in Real Assets taxation. Following recent legislative changes affecting UK Real Assets, demand for their services is growing rapidly. The team is seeking a driven individual to contribute to a growth-oriented, client-focused environment, combining expertise in tax compliance, technology solutions, and Real Assets tax technical knowledge.
You will work closely with the Real Estate Transactions and Advisory teams, offering exposure to senior leadership across a wide range of UK Real Assets investors. These include Real Assets and Private Equity funds, REITs, Sovereign Wealth Funds, and Family Offices of High Net Worth individuals. The role provides opportunities to collaborate with Partners, Directors, and Associate Directors, helping to build strong relationships and expand professional networks.
The team delivers a comprehensive range of tax compliance services, supporting clients in meeting their UK tax obligations efficiently and effectively. The successful candidate will develop trusted client relationships and gain insight into the operations of various Real Assets businesses and structures. This role integrates compliance expertise, technology-driven solutions, and Real Assets tax technical knowledge.
Our managers take the lead on delivering key parts of our client services. This includes liaising with the global firm to ensure the completion of workstreams and providing a value-add quality control review as part of the UK relationship team sign off.
As a manager you will use your commercial awareness and professional expertise, along with leveraging the skills and expertise of others, to deliver the best possible experience and outcomes for our clients.
You will be trusted to own or manage key elements of a client relationship and, with an appropriate level of support, will be expected to proactively identify tax issues for your clients and pursue new business development opportunities by utilising your networks and market knowledge.
You will be a confident team player and enjoy sharing your knowledge and expertise with others, as well as continuing to build your own technical expertise or specialism.
