We pride ourselves on providing hands-on, proactive tax advice and support, which is professional and relevant. You will have direct contact with and manage a diverse portfolio of clients, which will include Top 100 NI businesses, as well as UK subsidiaries of large international groups.

The role

In this role, you’ll work closely with Tax Directors and Managers, overseeing compliance work for a diverse portfolio of clients, from small enterprises to large companies and groups. You’ll actively contribute to business development initiatives and collaborate with the team to drive new opportunities.

A key aspect of your position will be to develop and mentor the talented individuals within your team. You’ll manage a growing group, setting an inspiring example through a positive attitude that others will aspire to follow. As a key point of contact for technical queries, you’ll empower your team to tackle client challenges with confidence, supporting their skill development and guiding them towards their own career progression goals.

The person

Someone who might thrive in this role would come from a background in Corporate Tax compliance at a review level, looking to take on a fresh challenge within a supportive, dynamic, and growing organisation.

You would also likely have:

  1. CTA, ACA, or equivalent professional qualification
  2. Strong technical skills in corporate tax compliance and team management
  3. A proven ability to review and oversee compliance processes accurately
  4. Excellent communication skills, with a natural confidence in client interactions
  5. High commitment to delivering exceptional client service and building client relationships
  6. The want to work on new challenges within a dynamic and growing organisation
