Page Personnel is recruiting a Corporate Tax Manager for a well-established accountancy practice near Tunbridge Wells. The role involves managing UK corporate tax matters, including R&D tax credits, capital allowances, group restructures, M&A, exit planning and cross-border taxes.

The successful candidate should have 5+ years of corporate tax experience, strong knowledge of tax laws, and outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the corporate tax team and manage client engagements.

• Oversee R&D tax credits, capital allowances and group restructures.

Job Description

Our client is keen to bolster it's Corporation Tax department with the recruitment of a Manager.The ideal candidate must have excellent technical skills and experience, and have a thorough understanding of UK corporate tax issues; The team deals with a broad range of tax issues, including R&D tax credits, capital allowances, group restructures, M&A, exit planning and succession planning, transfer pricing and other cross border taxes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Corporate Tax Manager should have:

• 5+ years experience within Corporate Tax
• Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
