Overview

Are you an experienced Tax Compliance Manager who wants to join a finance team during an exciting period of growth and international expansion? Reporting to the Group Tax Manager, this role will be responsible for managing corporate tax compliance and reporting across UK and international entities.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified tax professional who is looking to make a real impact in a growing organisation with operations expanding across Europe and beyond. You will be responsible for:

  • Manage UK tax compliance and oversee overseas tax submissions, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Prepare year-end tax disclosures under UK GAAP and IFRS for statutory and consolidated accounts.
  • Lead the audit process, liaising with external auditors.
  • Manage corporate instalment payments for UK and overseas entities.
  • Oversee the SAO process, including maintaining process maps and filing certificates with HMRC.
  • Provide support with HMRC enquiries and ad-hoc projects.
  • Supervise and develop direct reports within the tax team.
Qualifications

Ideally you will be CTA qualified with some post-qualification experience, and you will have a strong knowledge of UK corporate tax law and documentation production coupled with a knowledge of IFRS tax accounting and financial reporting. You will have first class communication skills and be someone who enjoys mentoring and developing others.
