Job Title: Corporate Tax Manager

Location: Northampton Office, NN4

Salary: Up to £60,000!

Key Responsibilities -

Deliver corporate tax compliance and advisory services
Develop and manage strong client relationships
Identify and implement tax planning opportunities
Provide expert advisory support across the wider business
Manage workflow and delegate appropriately to junior team members
Spot development opportunities and mentor junior staff
Travel to other offices to enhance the tax offering
Respond to internal tax queries from various departments

Business Management

Manage work in progress and debtor control
Assist with fee raising and departmental budgets
Collaborate with Tax team, CSDs, and wider departments

The Individual -

5+ years' experience in tax within an accountancy practice, specialising in corporation tax
ACA/CTA qualified or equivalent professional qualification
Solid compliance and advisory background in practice
Ability to work independently while being an excellent team player
Self-starter mentality with ability to hit the ground running

Highly Desirable:

Client-facing experience
Budget and finance management experience
Strong learning and development mindset
