Corporate Tax Manager (In-House) | Financial Services | London | Hybrid | £75,000-85,000 + Bonus + Benefits

We are supporting an exciting financial services group as they look to make a Manager grade hire. This is an opportunity to join a high-performing team in a role that will see you split your time between compliance oversight and broader advisory work.

The opportunity would suit an individual moving in-house for the first time or, a second time in-house mover.

What the role will include:

Lead the preparation and management of UK corporate tax returns and ensure timely compliance.
Support the calculation and review of tax disclosures for the Group’s financial statements.
Collaborate closely with the Finance team to streamline tax reporting processes and strengthen internal controls.
Oversee the development and ongoing maintenance of the Group’s tax governance framework.
Review and assess transfer pricing documentation and calculations.
Partner with internal tax colleagues and external advisors to provide expert tax guidance on new business initiatives, covering corporate tax, withholding tax, and transaction taxes.
Deliver insightful tax analysis to support strategic decision-making at the management level.
Conduct thorough research on complex tax issues and monitor developments to ensure compliance and accuracy.
