Job summary

Sharp Consultancy seeks an experienced Corporate Tax Manager to join a high-growth national accounting firm with multiple offices and a varied client base. The role demands ACA/CA/ACCA/CTA qualifications and extensive corporate tax experience in professional practice, plus excellent client-facing skills.

You will lead both compliance and advisory tax work, coach and develop junior staff, and contribute to a people-centric environment that supports career growth and client partnership.

Qualifications

• Qualified ACA, CA, ACCA or CTA with extensive corporate tax experience in professional practice.
• Experience delivering both compliance and advisory corporate tax services.
• Excellent client-facing and people-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide both compliance and advisory corporate tax services to a varied client base.
• Lead and manage the corporate tax team, including coaching and developing less senior members.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and deliver high-quality tax solutions.

Job description

High growth national firm of accountants with multiple office locations and an excellent and varied client base - from SME to much larger (though predominantly privately owned) businesses.

The role fits in with a very established team providing both compliance and advisory corporate tax services to your clients - your role will be a mix of the two.

If you like the idea of working for a mid-sized but growing firm, with an experience and professional team and clients who you can really partner with, this might be the role for you.

As you would expect, this is a Manager's role so you will need to be qualified, either as an accountant, whether ACA, CA or ACCA or tax accountant, CTA (or even both) and have extensive up-to-date corporate tax experience from with professional practice. Excellent customer facing skills are a given but you will also have a passion for coaching and developing less senior members of the team.
