Corporate Tax Assistant Manager or Manager - Leeds
Clark Wood has been instructed on a Corporate Tax Assistant Manager or Manager opportunity in Leeds, offering the chance to focus on interesting advisory work for a mixed portfolio of tax clients.
This role is ideally suited for a Corporate-focused CTA, ATT, ACA, or ACCA qualified senior or manager from a small firm, seeking to work in a large regional or national practice. The candidate should have experience managing or supervising staff overseeing a portfolio of complex corporate tax clients.
The main client base includes Owner Managed Businesses, Small to Medium Enterprises, and Directors, Partners, and Private Clients.
The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong technical skills and experience, with a thorough understanding of UK tax issues such as restructures & demergers.
The team handles a broad range of tax issues, including reconstructions, demergers, share schemes, EIS/SEIS, R&D tax credits, patent box claims, M&A, exit planning, and succession planning.
You will provide high-level advisory and planning services with significant autonomy.
The Leeds office is accessible from various locations across Yorkshire, including Sheffield, York, Bradford, Harrogate, Wakefield, Keighley, Huddersfield, and Bedford.
Qualifications: ATT, CTA, ACCA, or equivalent
Experience: Good advisory exposure, especially in restructures & demergers
