Based in the London Corporate Tax team, the successful candidate will manage a diverse client portfolio, delivering both corporate tax compliance and advisory services. This is a client-facing role offering exposure to UK and international clients.

This is a unique opportunity to join the expanding tax group serving clients in Film, Television, and video game sectors. Responsibilities include managing corporate tax advisory and compliance engagements for clients including major Hollywood studios, streaming networks, independent production companies, film financiers, visual effects and post-production houses, and video game developers of various sizes.

The Team:

The Film & TV group is a leading advisor in this sector, with a broad client list including some of the world's largest film, TV, video game, and sports companies. You will be part of an industry-focused team within a wider national Corporate Tax team of 9 Tax Partners and over 110 professionals.

The Responsibilities:

The role involves tackling complex technical issues and includes:

• Delivering tax reporting and compliance, including tax accounting, for a portfolio of FTV clients.
• Conducting detailed technical research and responding to technical queries.
• Identifying advisory opportunities within your client portfolio.
• Supervising, mentoring, and reviewing junior team members' work.
• Advising on creative sector tax reliefs and structuring productions for maximum benefit.
• Providing expertise on areas like capital allowances, R&D tax relief, transfer pricing, and more, with support from specialists as needed.

You:

Experience in the FTV sector is not essential but interest is preferred. The role is suitable for an ACA/CTA qualified professional with several years of post-qualification experience in corporate tax.
