Job summary

TPF Recruitment is seeking a Corporate Tax Manager for a highly respected top-tier accountancy practice in Sussex. The role is based in a modern Brighton office and will lead corporate tax compliance and advisory projects for owner-managed businesses, including exit and succession planning and inheritance tax considerations.

You will mentor staff, work closely with Partners and senior leaders, manage advisory budgets, and ensure timely delivery to the highest professional standards.

Qualifications

• CTA or ACA qualification with proven corporate tax advisory experience.
• Strong technical expertise in corporate tax gained in practice or industry.
• Experience mentoring and supervising staff.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments.
• Strong communication skills, able to liaise confidently with clients and colleagues.

The Role

This is an exceptional opportunity to play a pivotal role in the firm’s continued expansion of business tax services. The successful candidate will lead corporate tax compliance and advisory projects, providing expert guidance on corporate and individual taxes relevant to owner-managed businesses. Advisory work will include exit and succession planning, restructuring, and inheritance tax planning. You will also support Partners on complex compliance work and work closely with senior leadership. Both full-time and part-time candidates will be considered.
