Corporate Tax Knowledge Lawyer – Tax (12-Month FTC, Part-Time Options Available)

Location: London

Salary: £120,000 – £135,000 FTE

Contract: 12-month Fixed Term Contract (parental leave cover)

Working Pattern: 3, 4, or 5 days per week

Our client, a top international City law firm is seeking a corporate tax knowledge lawyer to join its prestigious team that is consistently recognised as Band 1 for its work on the most complex and high-profile tax matters in the market. As a Knowledge Lawyer, you’ll be at the heart of a collaborative and intellectually rigorous group, supporting both client delivery and internal excellence.

What You’ll Do:
  • Track and analyse legal and regulatory developments in UK and international tax
  • Create and maintain high-quality knowledge resources and precedents
  • Design and deliver engaging internal training sessions
  • Collaborate with fee earners to produce client-facing insights and thought leadership
  • Work closely with colleagues across practice areas and global offices
What We’re Looking For:
  • Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with upwards of 3+ PQE with a strong academic background gained at a leading law firm.
  • Significant experience in corporate tax law (either as a Knowledge Lawyer or fee earner)
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, collaborative mindset
  • Commercial awareness and a keen interest in legal innovation and technology
