Job summary

Forvis Mazars in the UK seeks a qualified tax professional to support the management of client relationships and engagements within the Financial Services practice. The role focuses on delivering UK corporate tax compliance, advisory and tax audit deliverables to high-quality standards in line with firm policies.

You will undertake research, support cross-border tax engagements, and manage engagement economics, with travel to the London office about 3 days a week to drive delivery and delegation

Qualifications

• Qualified at ACA, CA, CTA or equivalent level.
• Experience delivering UK corporate tax engagements for financial services clients.
• Good awareness of broader tax, international tax, regulatory and accounting areas.
• Able to manage projects, meet deadlines and engagement economics.
• In line with firm guidance, work from the London office an average of 3 days a week to drive delivery and delegation of tax compliance work to junior team members.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.

Our Financial Services practice is an important part of our wider business. With over 35 FS partners and 700 specialist staff in the UK, our growing team provides tailored services to asset management, FinTech, banking and capital markets, insurance and real estate clients. Tax is an integral part of these services. What draws us together is a shared passion for using our FS industry experience and deep service line knowledge to provide bespoke client advice.
