Stafffinders is seeking an experienced Corporate Tax Director/Partner to lead a growing tax practice in Kendal. You will manage a diverse portfolio, build trusted client relationships, and contribute to growth with strong technical tax expertise and commercial acumen.

Competenze

• CTA qualified or equivalent professional tax qualification.
• A full UK driving licence is required.

Mansioni

• Act as the Tax Relationship Partner for an established portfolio of clients, taking ownership of client relationships and ensuring work is prioritised and delivered effectively across the team.
• Oversee scope and budgets for engagements, agree fees with clients, monitor progress, and maintain clear communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Lead business development, develop new opportunities, and contribute toward fee targets for the team and practice.
