Private Client Tax Director

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll lead from the front, heading up the Trust Tax team, delivering complex and strategic advice on trust structures, IHT planning and succession strategies. Day-to-day you will:

• Oversee a dynamic team of advisors and inspire their development
• Act as the go-to for HNW individuals, families, and trustees
• Drive compliance and advisory excellence across a broad portfolio
• Be a key player in business development and client relationship management
• Collaborate across departments, upskilling others and identifying opportunities
• Work closely with leadership on shaping the strategic direction of the Tax department

About You

• An experienced Senior Manager or Director in Private Client/Trust Tax
• ATT or CTA qualified (STEP desirable), with deep technical expertise
• A proven team leader and inspiring mentor
• Confident in building trusted client relationships at a senior level
• A strategic thinker with a sharp eye for opportunity and risk
