Lusona Consultancy (Financial) Limited seeks a Senior Manager to lead Corporate Tax Compliance and Tax Accounting for a varied client portfolio, including Big 4 clients, with a focus on technology-enabled compliance.

You will oversee engagement delivery, manage data collection, and help shape compliance practices while mentoring junior staff in a dynamic, hybrid environment. The role offers progression and a collaborative culture, with pay up to £80,000 (DOE) plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong UK corporate tax compliance expertise gained in practice or industry.
• Qualified Accountant (CA, ACA, ACCA) and/or Tax Advisor (CTA).
• Proven ability to manage clients and develop new business opportunities.
• Leadership skills, including delegating and coaching junior staff.

Join our Big 4 clients’ expanding Tax Compliance team as Senior Manager. The team provide cutting-edge, technology-enabled compliance services to a prestigious client base. As a Senior Manager, you’ll support clients with their Corporate Tax Compliance and Tax Accounting, manage diverse portfolios, and identify opportunities. You'll have a pivotal role in shaping compliance practices and mentoring junior staff.
