Job summary

PwC UK is seeking a Senior Manager for Corporate Tax Compliance to lead complex delivery and shape client outcomes across priority sectors. Based across multiple UK offices, you will manage a varied portfolio and collaborate with overseas centres to deliver integrated services.

You will mentor tax professionals, build strong client relationships, provide strategic tax advice, and stay ahead of evolving UK tax regimes to support business growth.

Qualifications

• Tax professional qualification or equivalent work experience.
• Strong UK corporate tax knowledge including review of computations and group reporting disclosures.
• Ability to interpret statutory accounts and identify risks and opportunities.
• Proven leadership experience with senior internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Manager, you'll lead complex compliance delivery, shape client outcomes and support our expansion across these priority sectors. Based across multiple UK offices and in collaboration with our overseas centres, you'll manage a varied, high-profile portfolio.

What your days will look like Oversee a portfolio of clients, ensuring adherence to UK tax regulations and high-quality deliverables and Lead complex tax compliance projects, identifying planning opportunities and mitigating risks.
Manage and mentor tax professionals, driving quality and efficiency.
Build strong client relationships, providing strategic tax advice and ensuring service satisfaction, whilst also collaborating across PwC teams to deliver integrated services and support business growth.
Develop expertise in areas such as, real estate, financial services and Pillar 2.

This role is for you if

• You possess a tax professional qualification (e.g. ACA, ATT, CTA, ACCA or international equivalent), or have equivalent relevant work experience. This includes international candidates who qualify through experience in their home country
• Bring strong UK corporate tax knowledge, including reviewing computations, tax accounting and group reporting disclosures, while identifying risks and opportunities.
• Apply sound accounting knowledge to interpret statutory accounts accurately.
• Demonstrate leadership experience with senior internal and external stakeholders, building strong relationships within large teams.
• Maintain a high-quality client service ethos with flexibility to meet client needs.
• Possess desirable experience in Financial Services, Real Estate or Pillar 2.
