PwC UK is seeking a Corporate Tax Compliance Manager to shape outcomes for a varied client portfolio. Based across UK offices with flexible working and limited travel, you will manage corporate tax compliance matters and develop expertise across real estate, financial services, and Pillar 2.

You will collaborate with tax specialists, review tax accounting schedules, and contribute to the team’s growth in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Strong UK corporate tax skills and sound accounting knowledge, including accounting principles and interpreting statutory accounts.
• Tax professional qualification (ACA, ATT, CTA, ACCA or international equivalent) or equivalent work experience. This includes international candidates who qualify through experience in their home country.
• Strong client service ethos and agility to meet client needs.
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
• Effective delegator and coach for junior staff.
• Experience in Financial Services, Real Estate or Pillar 2 is highly desirable.

Responsabilités

• Manage a portfolio of clients, acting as the primary contact for all corporate tax compliance matters.
• Review and submission of tax accounting schedules and review and submission of corporation tax returns.
• Work across a wide range of clients and technical areas, with opportunities to specialise in areas such as tax accounting, real estate, financial services, private equity, large corporates, private business or Pillar 2.

As a Corporate Tax Compliance Manager, you'll shape outcomes for a varied client portfolio, particularly where experience in Financial Services, Real Estate, or Pillar 2 is essential.

Based across many of our UK offices, you'll work flexibly with limited travel. We're looking for someone proactive, analytical and confident managing relationships. This role suits someone who enjoys problem-solving, developing technical expertise, and working in a supportive, growth-focused team.

What Your Days Will Look Like

• You will work alongside other tax specialists managing a range of activities for your clients, including:
• Up-front scoping and engagement planning and liaising with the Data Management team on the approach to data collection for your clients
• Managing a portfolio of clients, acting as the primary contact for all corporate tax compliance matters
• Review and submission of tax accounting schedules and review and submission of corporation tax returns
• Working across a wide range of clients and technical areas, with opportunities to specialise in areas such as tax accounting, real estate, financial services, private equity, large corporates, private business or Pillar 2

This role is for you if:

• You have strong UK corporate tax skills and sound accounting knowledge, including accounting principles and the ability to interpret statutory accounts
• You possess a tax professional qualification (e.g. ACA, ATT, CTA, ACCA or international equivalent), or have equivalent relevant work experience. This includes international candidates who qualify through experience in their home country
• You demonstrate a strong client service ethos and agility to meet client needs
• You can establish and maintain strong working relationships with key decision-makers
• You are an effective delegator and coach for junior staff
• Experience in Financial Services, Real Estate or Pillar 2 is highly desirable
