We support flexible working, including reduced hours and job shares, to help balance work and life.

Role Responsibilities
  • Advising clients on tax issues, covering compliance and advisory projects
  • Supporting Directors and Partners by managing a team of tax specialists
  • Participating in client meetings and providing clear answers to queries
  • Producing high-quality tax advice accurately and on time
  • Developing junior team members and understanding their career goals
  • Providing solutions to tax issues and supporting exit readiness
  • Leading on pitches and proposals, growing the business through market presence
Candidate Requirements

Minimum criteria include a professional qualification (CTA/ACA/ACCA or equivalent) with post-qualification experience, and experience managing private equity-backed portfolios.

Preferred skills include experience with PE-backed businesses, supervision in a tax environment, managing large portfolios, and business development experience.
