A look into the role
  • Advising a broad range of clients on various tax issues, including compliance and advisory projects.
  • Supporting Directors and Partners by managing and developing a team of high calibre tax specialists throughout the private equity investment lifecycle.
  • Participating in client meetings, providing clear and confident answers to queries.
  • Building trust with clients by delivering high-quality tax advice on time and accurately.
  • Developing junior team members and understanding their career goals.
  • Providing innovative solutions to tax issues, focusing on exit readiness and cross-selling services.
  • Leading on pitches and proposals, actively growing the business through market presence.

The minimum requirements include a professional qualification (CTA/ACA/ACCA or equivalent) and experience managing private equity-backed portfolios.
