We are seeking a Corporate Tax Associate Director to join our Private Equity team in Birmingham. In this role, you will work with private equity-backed businesses, supporting them from investment through exit. We offer flexible working arrangements to support work-life balance.

Responsibilities
  • Advising clients on tax issues, managing compliance and advisory projects
  • Supporting Directors and Partners by managing and developing a team of tax specialists
  • Participating in client meetings and providing clear, high-quality tax advice
  • Developing junior team members and supporting their career growth
  • Providing proactive and reactive solutions to tax issues, including exit readiness and cross-selling
  • Leading on pitches and proposals to grow the business
Candidate Profile

Minimum requirements include a professional qualification (CTA/ACA/ACCA or equivalent) and experience managing private equity-backed portfolios. Preferred skills include experience with PE-backed businesses, supervision in a tax environment, and business development skills.
