Make an Impact within our Corporate Tax team at RSM UK

Our national corporate tax service line works with clients across various sectors, from owner-managed businesses to large multinationals. We handle compliance and act as advisors on planning matters like due diligence, transactions, restructuring, and innovation reliefs. Introduction about the role.

As an Associate Director in Stoke, you will manage a diverse client portfolio, ensure excellent service, and identify new opportunities. The role includes complex compliance work, reviewing junior staff work, and participating in advisory projects and business development.

You’ll make an impact by:

  • Supporting a high-performing tax team advising dynamic, growing, and international companies.
  • Owning a client portfolio and delivering value-added advice.
  • Collaborating across service lines for business development.

What we are looking for:

  • Has CTA qualification or proven tax advisory experience.
  • Has client-facing experience.
  • Is experienced in corporate tax compliance and technical matters.
  • Has managed a busy client portfolio.
  • Is interested in business development and converting relationships into revenue.
  • Has significant experience at Manager level or can demonstrate the necessary skills for an Associate Director role.
