Overview

Corporate Tax Associate Director – Global firm and clients

Radley Green is partnering with a fast-growing firm to recruit a Corporate Tax Associate Director into their high-performing London team.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Tax, this role offers a clear path to Director within 18-24 months. You’ll lead the London Tax team, own full P&L, drive business development, and expand the firm’s advisory offering.

Package: £100k-£125k + bonus, excellent benefits, hybrid working, and outstanding career progression.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and grow the London Tax team, including appraisals, training, and resource management.
  • Oversee UK corporate tax compliance and reviews across a varied portfolio, ensuring technical accuracy and risk management.
  • Deliver and grow advisory services, including transfer pricing, R&D credits, CIR, share schemes, and international tax matters.
  • Drive commercial performance through new business development, cross-department collaboration, and client relationship management.
  • Manage WIP, billing, and departmental P&L, while contributing to overall sales targets.
  • Review corporation tax, VAT, and payroll-related filings (STBV, P11Ds, PSAs, ERS).
  • Support special projects and international structuring with senior leadership.
About You
  • Professionally qualified (ICAEW, ACCA, or CTA) with 5+ years PQE.
  • Strong UK corporate tax expertise, with international exposure (treaties, withholding, PE reviews, transfer pricing).
  • Proven management experience, able to mentor and develop a mid-sized team.
  • Commercially driven, with experience in budgeting, business development, and client growth.
  • Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management skills and a collaborative, approachable style.
