Corporate Tax Associate (Funds/Asset Management) 5+

We are working with an elite US law firm on a position within their Corporate Tax team in their London office, focusing on the taxation of private funds.

You will be part of a team that handles a broad range of taxation issues related to private funds, including private equity, venture capital, infrastructure, real estate, and credit. The team also works with management teams of private funds on carried interest, co-investment structuring, management buy-outs, and spin-outs. Additionally, Aron advises fund managers and large cornerstone investors on GP-stake transactions, GP-led secondaries, and fund restructurings.
