Role Overview

This role involves providing Tax compliance and advisory services to a wide range of corporate and owner-managed clients. You will manage a portfolio of clients, assist Directors/Partners in client work and practice management, and participate in special assignments. Actively seeking new business opportunities and keeping Partners informed is a key part of your role.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key contact for clients, responding proactively to their needs and maintaining regular contact.
• Take full responsibility for project delivery within your portfolio.
• Manage client portfolios, including billing and cash collection.
• Review work prepared by junior staff.
• Liaise with HMRC.
• Ensure assignments are completed within budgets, keeping clients and Partners informed of any overruns.
• Adhere to quality control procedures, including second partner reviews.
• Identify risks, technical issues, and selling opportunities, exercising judgment within set parameters.
