High Wycombe | £60,000-£65,000 | Hybrid working - up to 3 days from home
A genuinely interesting Corporate Tax Assistant Manager opportunity with a growing, high-calibre accountancy practice in High Wycombe.
This is not a role where you will be boxed into repetitive compliance work. You will manage a varied portfolio spanning owner-managed businesses, international groups, charities and larger corporate clients, while gaining meaningful exposure to advisory work across structuring, transactions, R&D, capital allowances, international tax and more. The firm is investing heavily in the High Wycombe office and has ambitious growth plans. It already delivers complex work locally, with access to national specialists when needed, meaning you can develop technically without needing to commute into London.
You will join a supportive Corporate Tax team and take responsibility for a varied corporate portfolio, covering both compliance and advisory work.
This role would suit a Corporate Tax Senior, Assistant Manager or Manager who is looking for more responsibility, broader exposure and a clear long-term path.
You will ideally be ACA, ACCA or CTA qualified, with at least one to two years' post-qualified Corporate Tax experience. However, the firm is prepared to be flexible for someone with the right technical grounding, attitude and potential.
