Responsibilities

• Prepare corporation tax computations and returns.
• Support corporate tax advisory and planning projects.
• Assist with R&D, capital allowances and transaction work.
• Contribute to specialist projects including share schemes and restructuring.
• Carry out technical research and provide clear tax analysis.
• Manage client assignments to agreed deadlines and quality standards.
• Build strong relationships with clients and professional contacts.
• Support junior colleagues through coaching and day-to-day guidance.

Our client, a successful and growing professional services organisation, is looking to appoint an experienced Corporate Tax Assistant Manager to join their expanding tax team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Working with a diverse portfolio of businesses across a range of sectors, you'll support both compliance and advisory work, gaining exposure to a broad range of corporate tax matters. This is an excellent opportunity for a tax professional looking to build on their existing compliance experience and develop their advisory skills within a supportive and technically strong team.
