We are recruiting for a Corporate Tax Accountant to join their dynamic tax team in an exciting and progressive role. This position involves providing tax compliance and advisory services to a diverse client portfolio. The main responsibilities include managing all aspects of client portfolios and offering expert advisory services. The team handles various business tax areas such as business reconstructions, demergers, corporate tax advisory, capital allowances, EIS and SEIS, R&D, and share options. There will be opportunities to develop your expertise across different areas with support and training from the business.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee tax compliance and provide advisory services to a broad range of clients.
• Support niche advisory areas based on experience and aspirations.
• Manage a substantial and interesting client portfolio.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Guide, supervise, and mentor less experienced team members.
• Support continuous improvement and champion change within the team.
• Lead on complex projects.

Requirements

• CTA and/or ACA/ACCA part-qualified or newly qualified.
• Up-to-date, in-depth knowledge of taxation, capable of handling complex issues.
• Experience in project and staff management.
• Ability to manage a significant client portfolio.
• A highly competitive salary, aligned with the London market, dependent on experience and background, negotiable.
