Chadwick Nott is partnering with a leading Staffordshire law firm to recruit a Corporate Solicitor with 3+ PQE. Based in Stoke, you will join a partner-led team handling a broad range of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, MBOs and MBIs.
