Job description

A legal 500 listed law firm with offices based across Lancashire is seeking an experienced Partner or Senior Associate (Ideally 10+ years PQE) to head up their highly regarded Corporate department.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead the Corporate team, working alongside an existing Director initially, before taking over leadership.
  2. Manage a broad range of quality corporate work across various sectors, including transactions, commercial contracts, management buy-ins/outs, joint ventures, restructuring, and partnerships.
  3. Maintain and develop relationships with a high-profile client base, primarily 'city focused'.
  4. Contribute to business development activities to further grow the department.
  5. Participate in strategic planning and team development.
Requirements
  1. Experience as a Partner or Senior Associate in corporate law, with 10+ years PQE preferred.
  2. Strong leadership and client management skills.
  3. Ability to contribute to business development and department growth.
