Corporate Partner based in Birmingham City Centre is sought to join this leading Top 50 Law practice. The firm has a great client list of national and household names and is now looking for a corporate partner to join the team and drive the corporate team forward to its full potential.

Responsibilities
  1. Join as a Corporate Partner, working with existing clients and bringing new clients to the firm.
  2. Handle a varied caseload of corporate matters within a highly rated team that serves family businesses, banks, financial institutions, and listed companies.
  3. Manage corporate files including joint ventures, shareholder agreements, share buy-ins, private equity transactions, business start-ups, and share options.
  4. Develop expertise within corporate law, ideally with an interest in manufacturing, engineering, and technology sectors.
  5. Contribute to the strategic growth and development of the team and firm.
Candidate Profile
