Job Description

Are you looking to work and specialise in Corporate Law in a hands-on environment where you will be given plenty of responsibility? This role is within a small but successful practice. You will report to the head of department, who will provide supervision and training to support your career development in Corporate Law.

The firm handles a high volume of deals, mainly acting for OMBs and SMEs. It has a loyal client base and a good pipeline of work. This position suits someone who enjoys Corporate Law but prefers a smaller firm and a less hectic environment compared to big city firms. You will gain excellent exposure to Corporate work, including M&A, reorganisations, shareholders' agreements, and articles of association, without long hours.

This is an office-based role with a good work/life balance.

The Successful Applicant

The firm seeks candidates with Corporate experience, either as a qualified solicitor or during a training contract. The role is not suitable for those seeking a large firm Corporate environment.
