About the Firm/Role:

A well-established and respected regional law firm is seeking a Corporate Solicitor to join their expanding Leeds office. With a reputation for delivering exceptional commercial legal services, the firm supports a broad range of clients - from care providers and energy businesses to some of the most recognised sports teams in the region.

The Corporate team is highly regarded for advising on a wide spectrum of transactional and advisory matters, including mergers and acquisitions, company restructures, joint ventures, and corporate governance. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a busy, close-knit team where you will have direct client access and the chance to play a key role in business development and relationship management.

This position is ideally suited to a newly qualified solicitor or someone with up to 3 years' PQE who is looking to build a strong and rewarding career in corporate law within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

About You:

1. Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales (NQ - 3 years' PQE)
2. Solid understanding of corporate and company law principles
3. Strong drafting and negotiation skills, with excellent attention to detail
4. Confident communicator with the ability to build strong client relationships
5. Self-motivated, proactive, and a genuine team player
6. Experience in M&A, shareholder agreements, or company governance is advantageous
