Corporate Solicitor – 0–3 PQE Bournemouth | Full-Time | Competitive Salary + Benefits

I’m working with a respected regional law firm that is expanding its award-winning Corporate team into Bournemouth. This is an exciting opportunity for a junior solicitor (0–3 PQE) to join a thriving practice with strong support from established offices nearby. The role has a clear focus on transactional corporate work and offers real career progression in a growing office.

The Role

You’ll gain exposure to a broad range of corporate work, including:

• Drafting and negotiating shareholders’ agreements, joint venture arrangements, corporate reorganisations, family charters, share option schemes and family investment companies
• Acting on M&A transactions, both buy-side (often PE-backed serial acquirers with buy-and-build strategies) and sell-side disposals
• Co-ordinating due diligence across specialist teams
• Preparing company secretarial paperwork and filings
• Managing your own caseload (with appropriate support) and working collaboratively on larger transactions
• Taking part in business development and marketing activities to help grow the Bournemouth office

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

• 0–4 years PQE (NQ applications welcomed)
• Corporate experience an advantage, but not essential if you can demonstrate a genuine interest in transactional work
• Commercially minded and keen to advise entrepreneurs, investors and PE-backed businesses
• A strong communicator, both written and verbal
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• A proactive team player with the ability to take ownership of your work
