We are excited to collaborate with a long-standing, highly regarded multi-service firm located in the heart of Leeds, currently expanding their Corporate team. They are seeking to recruit a Corporate Solicitor, ideally with NQ-2 years of experience. Applications from current trainees (who are undertaking or have completed a corporate seat) and those qualifying within the next 3 months will also be considered.

The team handles a broad spectrum of corporate matters, including mergers & acquisitions, commercial contracts, shareholder agreements, corporate sales, joint ventures, banking, finance, and corporate advisory services.
