CORPORATE SOLICITOR OPPORTUNITY - BRILLIANT FIRM - SOUTHAMPTON -

Corporate Solicitor - (NQ to mid-level) -

A rare high quality opportunity for a Lawyer with a good grounding in the field of Corporate Law to develop a real specialism in pure Corporate matters at a prestigious regional law firm, working with some fascinating clients.

We would encourage applications from recently qualified up to Associate level. You will need to have experience of working with high-end clients at a good quality firm in Corporate matters affecting such fields of M&A, private equity transactions, corporate, share and asset disposals and acquisitions, private equity transactions, joint ventures, IPOS and secondary issues and reorganisations. Experience within the Financial Services sector would also be beneficial here.

Responsibilities

• Work directly alongside the Partner and be encouraged to develop expertise in general Corporate work as a springboard for career development.
• Develop strong working relationships with national and multi-national Clients; provide support and advice to colleagues within a collegiate atmosphere.
• Maintain high standards expected by a high-ranking firm; contribute to the firm’s reputation for quality in Corporate matters.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor (NQ to mid-level); experience with high-end clients in Corporate matters, including M&A, private equity, corporate, share and asset disposals and acquisitions, joint ventures, IPOs and reorganisations.
• Experience in the Financial Services sector would be beneficial.
