Job summary

Sellick Partnership is seeking a Corporate Solicitor to join its acclaimed team in Basingstoke. You will work on high-quality corporate matters, including M&A and general corporate transactions, with increasing responsibility and direct client contact.

Applicants should have 3-6 years' PQE in private practice, with strong experience across M&A and general corporate work. A salary of £55,000-£65,000 is on offer, with additional benefits and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with 3-6 years' PQE in private practice.
• Strong experience across M&A and general corporate work.
• Based within approximately one hour of Basingstoke.

Responsibilities

• Work on a range of M&A and general corporate transactions.
• Draft, review and negotiate key transaction documents.
• Advise clients throughout the transaction process and conduct due diligence.
• Take on increasing autonomy and manage matters with senior team support.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and contribute to BD activities.
