Job description

You will work with clients on mergers, acquisitions, disposals, sale and purchase agreements, corporate governance, business start-ups, and MBOs, among other areas. Depending on your seniority, you may also have supervisory responsibilities. Business development and marketing will be expected, along with a commercial approach to client requirements.
