This team has had success in recent years on highly recognised Scottish deals. Work has included management buy-outs and crafting framework agreements for energy supply chain clients.

The role will involve drafting and negotiation in commercial contracts and M&A for a wide range of clients including start-up businesses, private and public companies, and multinationals.
