You’ll work on a range of high-profile projects for both public and private clients, including joint ventures, outsourcing, and health-sector integrations.

• Advise clients on complex commercial and contractual matters, including partnerships, governance, and regulatory issues.
• Collaborate on healthcare projects, from service models to hospital development and digital health.
• Mentor junior lawyers and participate in business development.
• Build client relationships and contribute to pro-bono and responsible business activities.

• Qualified Corporate Solicitor
• Experience advising healthcare or social care clients.
• Strong technical skills with a practical approach to legal challenges.
• Experienced with, or keen interest to be involved in supervising junior lawyers
• Driving business development.
• Proactive, flexible, and client-focused mindset
